This Colorful Bokhara Design is a Fun Update On a Classic Pattern. 

This design originated in Turkmen tribal areas of Northeastern Iran and Afghanistan and has enjoyed immense popularity as one of the more well known patterns as Bokharas. The Octagonal "Guls" which are the hallmark the pattern have been hand-knotted here in a variety of bright jewell tones and vivd colors, giving the classic traditional pattern a very updated and transitional vibe.
