Pattern Mix Collection Number 12 in Taupe 9x12

This rug with its honeycomb pattern has been the buzz around our showroom for a while now. 

The Pattern Mix collection is a collaboration between Battilossi's weaving masters and textile designer Draga Obradovic, whose fabrics often blur the lines between hand-printing, painting, and the joys of vintage textiles. Great care has been taken by the designers and weavers of Battilossi to emulate the works of Obradovic which often juxtapose material and textures, as an incredible line of contemporary area rugs. 

After working with this design for project with a local high end design firm we knew we had to have one of these in our shop to offer our own clients. The fun honeycomb shapes have been knotted in this red wool that isn't overly bright or overstated. The lovely oatmeal colored background balances it so well and the rich red has even been incorporated into the foundation so it occasionally peeks through the lower trimmed pile to tie it all together.
