This large room sized area rug has been hand-knotted in a lovely mix of grey and other natural wool tones along with a vibrant lighter blue shade. These full room sized hand knotted tribal pieces have become something of a rarity to find on the open market and we couldn't pass bringing this one to our friends and clients. The dense wool pile makes this an ideal piece for a living room or bedroom, but the incredibly durable nature of handmade Gabbeh rugs also makes this an ideal candidate for being under a dining room table. What's funny is that we also have pieces from some of the world most prestigious rug makers attempting to make this exact sort of look yet they seem to lack the whimsical and individualistic nature this piece invokes.
