Made using hand-spun wool and dyes produced from natural plant and vegetable sources, our authentic Gabbeh rugs are among the most holistic choices for living spaces. Hand-woven using undyed wool in its natural state produces these rugs illustrating the spectrum of tones found in any group of sheep. Ranging from ivory and creme tones, to brown and grays, even blueish black, which can either be used individually or blended in the hand spinning process for a heather gray yarn.

The green tones used in these rugs is made using buckthorn, also called Persian, berries when fully ripe. Green tones are also made by combining the yellow dyes produced from saffron, turmeric, and unripened berries with indigo dyes as well.
