Smaller handmade throw rug Gabbeh made with a series of borders of various un-dyed wool tones with a central area with a patchwork design of hand-knotted squares and rectangles with symbolic design representing fields and what they contain, whether plants of animals. These Gabbeh rungs are made using the finest Persian wool and naturally sourced dyes culled from various plants and mineral sources and blended according to recipes handed down from generation to generation. Gabbehs are a great choice for high traffic areas due to their hardwearing nature and ability to respond to washings extremely well.
